What Information I Collect

Communication records
WhatsApp messages, emails, phone notes, form submissions, and viewing requests.
Financial information
Only when strictly necessary for a transaction, such as loan pre-approval status. I do not ask for card or banking details through website forms.
How I Collect Your Information

- Directly from you through forms on this website, including the seller enquiry form, landlord enquiry form, buyer/tenant requirements form, property listing viewing request form, and general contact form.
- When you message or call me via WhatsApp, phone, or email.

- From third parties only where necessary and lawful, such as co-broking agents, property portals, or public records.
Why I Use Your Information
I use your personal data to provide a responsive and thoughtful service. The main purposes are:
- To respond to your enquiry and provide property services, including buying, selling, and renting HDB flats, condominiums, and landed homes.
- To prepare property valuations, market analyses, and comparable transactions in Central and West Singapore (Districts 01–12 and 21–24).
- To match you with suitable listings from the Property Listings collection, considering sale or rent, property type, district, price, bedrooms, bathrooms, floor area, tenure, and availability.
- To arrange and confirm viewings, meetings, and appointments.
- To prepare documentation required for property transactions and to comply with legal or regulatory obligations.
- To send relevant property updates, market insights, or service information where you have agreed to receive them.
- To improve the website experience and understand how visitors use the site.
- To protect against fraud, abuse, or legal claims.
